Since when does it take 3 months for a number to be activated!!! OMG shocking!!!

I can honestly say that I'm embarrassed to say I once worked for this company and gave 15 years of my life! My father took out two contracts for my daughters because of the mobile requirements for school, he collected the handsets on the 28th Dec and to date the one number ********** hasn't been activated. The people at the dealership in Elridge Corner in Boksburg, has been so helpful, but I see that the lies we got taught to feed to customers are still bein trained to people, cause every day it's something else. School is starting next week, so what do we do if we can't get her books downloaded! Maybe think about things like that before you feed customer with BS lies. Another thought, stop toi toiing and do your job correctly from the word go, like we did back in the day!!!!!
