Simswap Unsuccessful

MTN charged me R50 to do a sim swap at their shop, however they cannot help me with a successful simswap. I have returned to the shop 3 times already and they tell me to wait 3 hours for the sim card to work again however it doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do anymore, I am so frustrated wasting my time and money for a mere sim swap that doesn’t work.
