SIMSWAP ISSUES AGAIN

I just don't get it why go through so much trouble just to get an old number . its always the same hardships to endure, stupid security questions that you keep failing and then the dreaded affidavit route then you have to endure lies and even bad attitudes then i ask myself would someone else really go through all this trouble to claim somebody else's number,i lost my phone on the 31/01/15 so i call and once again i fail security check send an affidavit the same day and im told 2 to 24 hrs is how long it takes and the 24hrs hrs becomes 48 still no simswap and i keep calling because i really need this number as every aspect of my daily business is linked to it and i was told to visit my nearest store with no luck gave them my alternative no and i even emailed the doc's, was told to redo the affidavit and fax it again to a different no this time that was on the 03/02 and i once again calld after 24hrs lapsed got a machine that the system was down and today i called again a number of times without getting answer and eventually i get a message that i have reached my call limit to 173. and how ridiculous is that getting this from service champions. what a BUNCH of service losers
