SIMSWAP is like getting a new ID

As if its not enough that my house was burgled now I must struggle with a stupid sim swap which I have purchased a sim card for and RICA'd, if I am not the owner of the number you have my address details and my ID number to find me, what more do you want from me???? who remembers when they last bought airtime and how much it was for, I buy airtime to use it and not to keep it as a reminder that i did buy it!!!!!! Now because I don't remember the last time I bought airtime I must go to the Police station for an affidavit, really???? you guys cant be serious why don't you just sell the sim card to me for R1200 cause after all the phone calls and driving to the police station and faxing documents that's approximately how much I would have spent and after I fax the documents I cant even trust that the sim swap will be done!!!!! Please assist with a more efficient way of having my sim swap done.
