Simswap

Bad experience I'm getting and it's getting worse.

Im trying to do a simswap after I lost my simcard. They asked the questions I failed alternatively told to get an affidavit and a copy of ID to the store.

I did that but the simswap is still not through, it keep on failing I already we t to the store 3 times and I called the call Centre about 10 times I'm not getting any assistance they just keep on telling me they don't know what is the problem.

How am I suppose to know?? I really need that number back.
