Simswap

I went to MTN Menlyn to do simswap on the 12 January 2021, I submitted all the required documents. The consultant that was helping me after completion, he said it'll take 2 - 24 hours for the number to be active again. The following day after the 24 hour passed, I called the call center to find out if they can help me. Unfortunately they couldn't & they said the person who helped me the previous day didn't capture anything on the systey, he only submitted the documents. The only way they can assist me it's only if I get another affidavit that's includes the new cellphone number. Then I decided to call the Menlyn branch and asked to speak to the consultant that helped me the previous day. Unfortunately he was rude & he doesn't know customer service. He dropped the phone while I was still talking to him.
