Thank you for your post.
Kindly be advised that to make a SIM SWAP , you need to buy a new sim card and Rica it and put it in the phone call 173 and ask to make a Sim swap if you fail there you can even try a self-service option where you dial 173 and choose SIM swap option again if you fail there you can make an affidavit that explains why you want MTN to make a sim swap for you and that you no longer remember the old information on your old number. You'll need to attach your recent clear certified id copy, on your affidavit kindly put the new cell phone number, old cell phone number and an alternative contact number and fax these documents to *** after faxing kindly call 173 and advise them that you'll like to make a sim swap and you have faxed the documents.
The Sim swap will be done provided your old number is still available on the network.
Kind Regards,
Nompumelelo
