Simswap
I did simswap on the 17 /02/2019 and today is 19 / 02 2019 my phone is not working. I tried calling their call center no one is helping me. I went to MTN shop inside sunnypark mall, they escalated my problem but still no one is helping. it is now 48 hours no help from MTN. This is a contract no.
I'm thinking of canceling the contract because it is not working for me.

MTN makes me feel like it was my mistake for my phone to ******. it is now 3 days withiut the phone. Your call center agent always send me to MTN shop which they tell me to call MTN vice versa
