Simswap
On Sunday morning we went to the North Cape mall branch of Mtn to do a simswop to a micro sim. The lady told us that it will take 2 to 24 hours. On Monday morning the simswop was still not active. We phone the branch as we live in Warrenton. They advised us that there was a problem on the network and that it will take another 2 to 24 hours. It is now Tuesday evening and the simswop is still not active. This is very poor service from MTN

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for the delayed response to your post.
We see that there was a delay with the new SIM card being activated on the network as the SIM swap was processed on the 5th of April 2015 at 12:28pm. The SIM card is now fully active on the network.
