Simsure
I was a Nashua Mobile customer who was paying simsure which covered any simswop needed. When the lines were transferred to MTN we were informed that everything would remain as is. When I recently upgraded with MTN I needed a new simcard for which I was charged despite having simsure. When querying this with customer service we were informed that MTN''s simsure only covers insurance claims. If that is the case why wasn't the service removed from my number??? I hope other ex Nashua users make sure of what they are paying for.
