Simpleton Staff

question whether MTN Morningside Shopping Centre even wants new business when their *********** and uninterested staff don't mind losing a R31k contract deal for a new user. The 3 times I visited the store ALL 3 members of staff were staring blanking at their screens (never mind before showing up we called multiple times with no answer. I was promised the phone or an update by 10am today - at 3 we called them and then drove to them - we then got told the phone would be ready at 5.... called no answer got there to bored looking simpletons who when we asked for updates just said pending. No calls as promised, no service whatsoever and just overall a shocking experience that made me cancel the contract before it got approved - if this is the level of service when trying to spend money I dread what I would have to deal with if I actually required assistance for anything.
