Simple thingas activating a number
I am having a critical issue with whereby I need to activate my late Brothers no so I can sort things out and mtn is not willing to assist. The number is not used by anyone but refusing to activate it. I called mtn and sent emails and non of the branches are responding to the emails.

You have informed me that the last time the number were in used was January 2019.
Prepaid ruling:
if a prepaid number is not used to make calls from the cell number in +-90 days the number will be pulled back to the network and allocated to another user.
This number was allocated to a new user 29-9-2019, the new prepaid client is making use of the cell number for calls and Internet.
Please SMS the client to call you for assistance with the email password needed.
