Simple thing activating a numbermtn

MTN has responded to assist and disappeared with no trace who I was dealing with. its quite urgent anyone who can assist please. I am having a critical issue with whereby I need to activate my late Brothers no so I can sort things out and mtn is not willing to assist. The number is not used by anyone but refusing to activate it. I called mtn and sent emails and non of the branches are responding to the emails.
