Simple sim Swap

The service we are receiving after my phone was ****** is shocking. Need to a sim swap. Waited a week. But still haven't received any feedback. Promised that they will prioritize this. I will definitely not recommend MTN to anyone. I will definitely move all my 4 contracts to another service provider
