Simple sim-swap

All I wanted was a simple sim-swap, instead when I visited the branch yesterday(26-09-2016) their system was offilne; a bit of a inconvenience but fine because I visited them again today and the swap was " done " and I got me a temporal phone as I am waiting on the replacement one.

I noticed that after the new sim was active there Anytime Minutes I had were not restored, I called 808 to address this and this 14:00 and the lady said she can see the minutes my sim will be refreshed and I must just restart my phone. It's now 17:40 and the minutes are still not restored, I just bhought airtime(using my bank online) and it too does not reflect -____- all the smses for the transactions I have just did on my bank are also not coming through, this is soooooooo frustrating because now I can't make any phone calls.

What's worse is I just called 808 and after waiting on the line for over 5min the agent pics the phone up and hangs up on my face. I don't understand why MTN's service has to be this terrible, it's not like am not paying? !!!! why why why? !!!!!!

Hi there,

I went to the store in Promenade mall to do a sim-swap for my 071 number as I lost the phone that had it, the person did that BUT put the 060 number on the sim(eventhough the receipts stated the 071 number) so all my queries were for the 071 number as I was buying airtime online for that number and all the fixes were being done for it all to find out after calling the technical division I saw this. I went to a different store in Century City then they fixed it but you can imagine the inconvenience and frustration caused by this messup...and these people are supposed to be experts at this stuff sicne they do it on a daily basis.
