Simcard not working for months and I'm being charged!

My sim card is not working for months and I'm still bring charged! I live in Derby in the North West province. For months now there has been no proper network. I am being charged in funn yet i cant use my sim card. Everyime it rains or there is load shedding, networl goes for days or even weeks. As soon as i go to other towns it works. Please fix the problem and refund me to the downtime! This is ****************! I've been reporting it on every platform, on social media and on the website, nothing has been done!
