Sim swope not done from 11 July 2018

I did a sim swope on the 11th of July 2018, up until now it hasn't been done. My number hasn't been restored. I have answered all the call centres questions and promised to be done within 24 hours but nothing. I kept on phoning them after each 24 hrs had passed with no luck.
