Sim swop taking more than 48 Hours
I did an upgrade on Sunday (01/08/2015) and the new phone needed a different sim, so they did a sim swop. I was told that it takes between 2 and 24 hours for the new sim to became active. It has been more than 48 hours now, after more than 10 calls to the very *********** call center and various promises that it will be escalated. I have lost all my confidence in MTN, and I am very sad that I'm stuck with them for another 2 years. Is it possible to cancel an upgrade within 7 days?
