Sim swop - RICA

I have taken a MTN contract, about a year ago.<br> My simcard is stuffed so I wanted to do a sim swap. I went into a MTN store to do that and the customer care person told me that I needed to produce a Green Id Book - Drivers license not acceptable -Huh?<br> Anyway, I told her to use the Id document, that is on their system, surely it should be scanned onto my contract, well it's not, she told me they send to docs to MTN head office for Metrofile storage.<br> <br> So my question is how can a company the size a MTN that have to comply with ICASA, not have the most important RICA document not or their system?
