Sim Swop not on...

<p>Hi bud,</p> <p><br />I need some urgent assistance please!</p> <p><br />My phone was lost so had to do a sim swop. What a nightmare - went in yesterday morning to MTN Morningside, go the sim swop done and was told it takes 2-24 hrs to activate. Called in a few times during the day, as i know from previous experience that it generally takes a few hours. The answer from the call center was that is "pending approval".</p> <p> </p> <p>Called again this morning only to be told that approval was denied (no one in the call center can understand by whom, how or why), and I had to go to another sim swop. </p> <p><br />Went back in this morning, did another sim swop and still nothing doing (10 hours later). Tried the call center, who said I need to call the "activations center", which I did. Everything automated and eventually confirms that the sim is in use, however I am still not connected to the network!</p> <p> </p> <p>2 days of lost business, not good. I am sure had i done the upgrade due to me, the sim would have been activated soonest!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dissapointing service again from MTN!</p>
