Sim swop !!!! MTN is absolutely useless !!!

Please assist me , your instore employees are beyond useless and I am up to here with MTN . I did a sim swop on Monday as per the instructions when buying a new sim , dialed *135# and followed the instructions to do a sim swop , TODAY IS SATERDAY and my number is still not working , and absolutely NO ONE IN STORE at MTN has the capacity to assist as their eyes go blank once explaining them the situation MULTIPLE times !!! There is absolutely no service , can dail the "service" line as its non existent , been to the store , can't assist , I AM UP IN ARMS NOW !!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE SINCE TUESDAY , IT CANT BE THIS ****** HARD !!!!!!
