SIM swop - how hard can it be?
A promise of a half an hour to do a SIM swop on Wed 4 November by a staff member at the Tygervalley Mtn branch has turned into a 5 hour servicing ordeal that has stretched over 5 days.
When the SIM wasn't updated by Thursday morning I called the Mtn Call Centre. After speaking to 3 people who all promised to put me through to the department that would help and then cut my calls - I gave up. I went through the same process on Friday and gave up in sheer frustration after about 40 minutes.
I spent 2 hours at the branch again this morning until the branch manager. Sulette, assured me that she would see to the problem personally and let me know when it was sorted out. When I went back to the branch after not hearing from her by late this afternoon I was told that she had gone home. A phone call to her cell number was not answered..
Mtn - your service levels have dropped further than I thought possible. Would someone please just do the SIM swop so that I can use my phone!
