Sim swop epic failure ... as always MTN!
Sim swop ... logged on Wednesday, still not done. Phoned numerous times and still the phone is not working. This is a business phone ... 3 days with no communication is not working for us and now they put the phone down in my ear!

10 Sept 2018, 07:19We are now 3 days later and STILL this BUSINESS phone is without function! MTN are absolutely useless! You don't even have the courtesy of phoning us to let us know what is going on! Disgusting! So glad I left MTN ... we will be porting this number too.
