Sim swop
<p>I did a sim swop yesterday at 11h21, today at 11h45 they reset the sim swop and tell me i have to wait another 2 - 24 hours, what ****. we yesterday upgraded a contract which required a sim swop, this line was up and running with in 40 mins. Service levels are getting worse, I think we should stand together and stop making MTN rich by paying our high cellular contract rates and let the prices come down to the service level quality. </p>
