sim swop

MTN has don't a sim swop on my phone without the proper security checks, and know my airtime is gone as well as money that I could have made will my sim was of. It's 1000's of rands!!! No one at mtn can tell me that someone new my security question it impossible!!! This guy/girl that took my number send sms to everyone and use my airtime! One of your service consultants needs to answer to this as they just did it. I want to hear that recording. MTN has done the reversal after struggles. Thanks for that. I'd and affidavit has also been sent.
