sim swap without my consent

on the 20 February 8am my cellphone number 083567... a sim swap was done on it without my consent nor authority. this was an inside job as it was done on three attempts, the culprits tried entering my WhatsApp and to cause more malicious activities with my number. I need an investigation done and action taken against the employees.
