Sim Swap with MTN
I opened a new Contract with MTN on sunday having been on Prepaid with them, i got the phone and a sim swap was processed. I reply YES to the sms regarding the sim swap. The next day i get a sms saying it has been canceled. I go into the MTN Again, they re process the sim swap, and still nothing, i go back to the MTN shop for the 5th time, they tell me to phone activation call center, i phone them they say the people at the shop must help me. How hard is it to do a sim swap?!!!
