Sim Swap Urgent

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I got From both the mtn store and the mtn service champions....... It's been over 24 hours since they've performed my sim swap and yet I haven't received my old number back...... I even went and did an affidavit and certified my ID..... Submitted them to the mtn store
