Sim Swap turn around time overdue / Disappointed client

I did a sim swap with MTN Waterfront on 14/11/2017, and the agent in the store assisted me and advised that sim swap will be processed within 2-24 hours, till this day my sim swap is not yet processed and I am missing all my business calls and meetings due to this since I currently cannot use my number. I have contacted the MTN Waterfront stores more than 10 times but still no help or response from the agents or no one getting back to me regarding my query.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received thus far especially from the Waterfront stores and a well known and marked Cellular Network (MTN). I would never recommend this network to anyone going forward as its the first time I experience such.
