SIM SWAP SELF OPTION MESS
Im tired the way mtn treat cudtomers by sim swap self service,we do it and pass security question,after complete the sms pop told you need to sworn affidavit in police or visit mtn shop WHAT THIS NONSENSE?why this network introduce this easy way and then they think we are *********?We are the customer here,this is our right to express our views if they dint sort this mess custimers move to better telecomunications companies as nowadays high in Mzansi

Due to a lot of ***** activities taken place with sim swap ***** , measurement has been put in place to bring the ***** activities down by requesting from clients to do the affidavit to make sure the account holder of the number and sim card is the account holder and not third party remember trying to get access to your details. We need to make sure that we protect our client on prepaid and contact base.
