Sim swap ****s

Someone working for MTN is providing ****mers with customer statements. The ****mers are sending people these statements and trying to **** people into believing that their is a potential sim swap taking place. They are then requesting OTPs and bank details to resolve this issue.

Someone at MTN NEEDS TO BE PUT TO JUSTICE. HOW CAN ****MERS HAVE ACCESS TO VALID CUSTOMER STATEMENTS???

MTN ***** team is extremely unhelpful and MTN as a whole is a terrible service provider. The phone number *** needs to be investigated and justice needs to happen. Our data is no longer safe with MTN.
