Sim swap *******!!
I went to mtn mall of Africa and was charged R115 for a Sim swap. When I asked what I was paying for, I was told it's for the chip.
I'd like an explanation for why a Sim card costs R115 because your staff in store have no clue either

The Business rule is when a new contract is taken you are given a Sim card for free also when an upgrade is processed. However when Sim card is lost or ****** a Sim swap is chargeable .
If you not willing to pay for Sim Swap it is advisable to insure a sim when taking a contract also when when insuring a phone so should it get lost or it gets broken you can claim for Sim Swap.
