SIM SWAP Procedure
My cellphone was ****** and been trying to do the Sim swap with. Mtn and they keep telling me that I have failed their verification because all the questions they are asking are really frustrating and not protecting their clients really. I'm in desperate of replacing my number as soon as possible but I'm not getting the service that is really required. Please assist me

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly be advised that if you do not succeed in the security questions asked the sim swap cannot be proceed.
You need to assist the prepaid department with an affidavit stating the old sim card number and the reason for the sim swap.
You may contact them for assistance with the email address for the affidavit to be send.
