Sim Swap problem

i Lost my phone , and its been four days now when i am strugling to a sim swap with MTN, i bought a sim card and from there its been down hill. first of all the first two sim cards i bought had a promotional airtime and i coudnt do the sim swap. i went to the call centre even worse they said i need to go to the police station. even thought i had my ID copy, proof of address to proof that i am the person i said i was. I bought another sim card and called the call centre where they asked me questions were some i found that its imposobble to rember the actual promotional data pack i recharged with.

Today its the fourth day were i cannot access my banking, all my social account. i am willing to go to the cost center to give them all my ID details and the proof required. and i actually supprised that when talking a contract all they need is your voice with no other verification method
