Sim Swap Poor Service

Good day

I have been with MTN for more than 10 years now and the treatment i am getting now is un acceptable just because i want to do a sim swap. i bought a new phone under mtn and i want to do a sim swap and the questions they asked are ridiculus. and now i was told to go do an affidavit to confirm that im the rightful owner of the sim card, what the ****!!! im treated as if i have ****ed someone and all i want is a sim swap.

MTN better watch out as they will use their customers due to this. can someone from MTN just help me do a sim swap
