Sim swap not gone through for a week now

Good morning Ive had my phone and did a sim swap. After 2 days of waiting I went instore and they checked on their system and was told I should answer to the sms and should check my new sim should be working in half an hour... its gone another 3 days and im still waiting for my new sim to be activated.. im really frustrated and this is the first time in 7 years that ive had a problem with mtn.. hope you can look into it Thanking you Jameela
