Sim swap nightmare and now my number is suspended

I lost my phone on 28 January 2023. On the 29th i blacklisted my phone and went to MTN Mall @ Reds to do a sim swap. I followed all instructions but the sim swap kept failing. It was only successful after my last attempt and my number activated on 3 Feb 2023. My number is ***. Today my number has been suspended. I called the call centre to find out why and I was told its due to suspected *****. How when I have gone into the store and have been RICAd?? I am unable to access my place of residence because access is linked to my number. I am unable to restore my banking services because the number is linked to my profiles. I’m unable to do so much to restore many things because most services are linked to my number. This week has been extremely difficult because of this sim card situation and now it’s gotten worse. I was told by Molefe from the call centre to call ***** line on *** but there’s no option to assist me. Please kindly assist me to sort this out
