Sim swap nightmare

I have been trying to get my sim card to work for the past 3 weeks. I lost my phone and had to do a sim swap, I have done this twice and to this day my sim card is not working. For some reason it is not connecting to the network, if call MTN or visit the store I am told the same thing that everything seems fine yet I still can not use my sim card.
