***** SIM SWAP- money lost!!

MTN has disappointed me!! Allowed a *****ulent Sim Swap and porting of my number to be successfully conducted without my consent and failing to assist me after the number was ported. Mind you I have other MTN services linked to this number! So they will be sending sms to a stranger going foward. I feel so violated. I lost about R120k through my bank and it all started with this sim swap business!!

I am extremely disappointed and don’t think I want to recommend nor continue with them!! So many years I have had this number! Highly disappointing.

Where is the security? It’s easy when it’s done but *****-stars?
