Sim Swap ***** - known and ignored by MTN

MTN cannot be trusted guys, this is the second time someone has done a sim swap with my business number - ****mers asking all contacts including patients for money, doing damage to my reputation. Im currently travelling so I called MTN to reverse this sim swap, they want me to go into a store to buy a new sim card and wait 24 hours to swap back because the system won't allow the change. I then requested they suspend the number urgently as it is associated with my medical practice and I cannot reach an MTN store while Im travelling. They then said that this request would have to be acknowledged by a manager, and after that it would take between 2 and 24hours to be suspended. Who is going to pay everyone back the money ****mers would have received by then? MTN?
