Sim swap issues
I went to mtn woodmead to do a prepaid sim swap they told me that I was supposed to bring my ID book . They can't do a sim swap with a drivers license. Is that how you do it??? Is a drivers license not good enough. These are people who have all my details because I have 2contracts with them. They can't go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Worse they looked like they were not sure about what do.. whenever you think of going to mtn you have to make sure you have 3hrs just to process a small thing. I'm not happy with the way they treated me at mtn woodmead

12 Jun 2022, 19:38I still hasn't received any help from this company. I then went to mtn mall of Africa with my ID for sim swap. The guy finished the Rica process and asked 10 security question that includes questions like how much data did you last top up. How much airtime...etc I failed to answer those stupid questions because I use the number for business and I topup every now and then sometimes twice a day. He asked me to go to police for an affidavit and he said he will give me an email so I can email the affidavit. I tried to call him he kept saying he was busy. I just wanted the email address. Unti now there is no feedback from him. What kind of people are employing at mtn. Most of your looks confused and not eager to help. When they are pressing the keyboard I'm not sure if they will be doing anything... how do you make someone wait for an hr and tell them that ahh I can't do it
