Sim swap horror

A smile Sim swap. A flipping simple task. Less than 5 min. Took me 4 days and counting. Agent are talking while we speaking and hang up. I told the number is active and later it's not. I am told 2 hours and later 24 hours. I am now told supervisor has to approve and wait another 24 hours. 60 hours and counting.
