SIM SWAP HEADACHE

On Friday my phone was ******.

So I went into an MTN store and did a SIM Swap at 10:30. The following day around 11am my phone was still not active.

I then again went to another MTN shop and the agent told me it had failed so she assisted with reprocessing another try by issuing me with another sim card and asked for my ID and proof of resident. It is now again another 24 hours went through and my sim swap has not processed. The agents are not available telephonically.

what else do I need to do? this is my business number and it is unacceptable to my clients that I am not reachable
