SIM swap from pre-paid to contract taking more 72h
I went to the Sandton franchise branch to get a contract and have my number for life moved from pre-paid to contract.
A lovely lady (Whom I think is not the cause of any of this) Simpiwe helped and she gave me great service.
But after I was done and she had done her part, the request for a sim swap was sent to MTN and now more than 72 hours later I still do not have a working SIM card.

I use my phone to commute using uber. I have not been able to get to work for 3 days now and to top this off the reason I am currently not simply driving to work is a medical condition that has me on medication making it ******* for me to drive on said medications. This medical condition could also be possibly fatal if I cannot get to medical assistance which is impossible without a phone.

I have phone MTN numerous times to have this resolve and they just tell me a request has been sent, then when I refuse to accept this excuse they put me on hold and hang up.

Ref Numbers:
Sandton store:
*** and ***

MTN 808:
A man Chad Godfry promised me he would escalate this issue. and the next day I found out yet again that nothing had been done.
162-043-335

MTN-Activations:
162 275 026
