Sim swap from hell
My daughter was hijacked Friday evening 15 June at gun point. Her phone has been ****** along with other possessions. She has subsequently gone to MTN to block her sim card and do a sim swap for a new sim. This took place on Saturday 16 June at MTN in Randridge Mall. It is now 2 days later and her sim is still not active. MTN have failed in blocking her old sim (which is in the hands of *********) and they insist on making excuses about ***** and investigations taking place. They have absolutely no care for their customers and have further upset my already traumatised daughter - who now has to drive around without a working phone due to these pathetic people. I am so sick and tired of MTN and their shocking service! I would much rather cancel my contract and go to Vodacom or Cell-C. My contract has already expired, so I have NOTHING to lose! After 18 years of being loyal customers to MTN, this is how they treat customers. I want action and I do not want more excuses about why a simple sim swap is taking so damn long and is so damn difficult!!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
