Sim swap forensic report

I am humbulani mukwevho, on the 7th of January I lost a simcard and later I was ****med money from fnb acc, I've been asking a proof of Sim swap from forensic department since January but no one is willing to help, I've called customer care 100 times no help, I went to the shop no help, what must I do guys, huh
