SIM Swap

I lost my SIM card which is key to my living. MTN stores are failing to do a SIM swap. They can't find the reason why a SIM swap is declined, this is frustrating. At MTN please allow a SIM to my old number. It's been a week now and it seems your consultants/MTN stores can't help me.

This is blocking my right to own the SIM and to be able to do my work.
