Sim Swap Error/RiCA Error
Yesterday 29/06/2015 I received a sim card from UTI on behalf on MTN, I followed the instructions on the package for a sim swap. it took 22 hours. They did not inform me on the time process. <br> Then the RICA Error comes up on my phone, i cannot use my phone for calls at all. This is now over 30 hours later....Made over 12 calls to MTN and several reference numbers later i.e. ***, ***, etc.<br> I am tired of this service. I have been with MTN for over 13 years. <br> email me cos my number does not work.....
