SIM Swap - Easier to just got to another network

MTN Sim Swap is a total waste and so is their so called champions. All I want to do is get my old number onto the new sim. Steps: 1. Buy new starter pack and RICA 2. SMS Swap and follow the instructions provided in packaging. 3. Wait....wait....wait.....wait some more.....still waiting............. 4. Contact customer care for further assistance and be treated like an idiot. 5. Answer stupid questions for security purpose about **** you don't give a **** about. Fail authentication. Be told that you can try step 2 again. 6. Still not a damn working 7. Welcome to MTN MTN you need to catch a wake up.
