Sim Swap

Very very bad and unprofessional.

I did the affidavit at the police station so that MTN can assist with the sim swap process as advised by the MTN consultant. I first tried to do a sim swap by answering the questionnaires but unfortunately failed to answer some questions.

I submitted my affidavit and certified Id but the sim swap process failed. MTN struggle to return my old number after submitting the affidavit and Id.
